Thank you for shopping with Wilson & Murray Furniture . If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it or 14 days if you want to cancel your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
- If damages found please report immediately and provide pictures of damage to furniture, if found parts missing in furniture we as company will provide replacement parts as we have access to parts catalogue all we request is part number sent to our email address with full contact details.
Returns Process & Shipping
- To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal at info@wilsonmurrayfurniture.com or email: with your order number.
- Customer Pays: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to our Business address.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 working days approximately.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and please take photos of damage for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

SAME DAY DESPATCH
If you place an order by 3 PM, and the product is in stock we will despatch the product same day, if not in stock can be up to 5 weeks or more, this is direct to your Business or home address, further to this if items are from our other company partner you can see on items if there is a 10 day delivery time we will contact you through out the process keep you up to date with timings also if there is a delay in delivery.
TRANSPORTATION DAMAGES
Our high-specification packaging for products is designed for transportation through a home delivery network. We do appreciate that on a small number of occasions damages do occur. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and refused. You should then contact us straight away so that we can assist with the problem. If damage is discovered when the product has been accepted, we will of course offer spare parts, no questions asked. All you need to do is contact us and they will assist you in making sure we select the right part for you.
